Why can't I access any other page apart from the welcome page asking me to fill my membership form?

As a form of verification and also for security reasons, members who signup online by themselves need to be approved by administration before they can be allowed to access other internal parts of the website, the verification process should not take longer than 48 hours, you will also receive an SMS alert upon approval, then from there you can go ahead to access any part of the website, thanks.

You will be able to login to your account with one click if your email used on Facebook or your Gmail is exactly the same email in our database, if these records do not match, the system will ask you to signup again because it did not recognize you, however if this is your first time, then kindly fill the form and signup, after which you should be able to login successfully everytime with no issues.

The strict privacy FlipSwitch hides your phone number and marital status from your account profile and also does not remind your followers about your birthdays, however you will still be able to receive SMS birthday wish from the system on behalf of the congregation but no other church member will be aware of your birthday, therefore be sure of what you want before you enable this switch, I clearly do not advice artisans to enable this option as it hides your contact number on the system preventing anybody from calling you for any job.

Why do I see a black border at the side and the bottom of my profile picture?

When you see a black border around your profile picture, it simply means that after the SmartBot finished cropping your picture, the dimension was less than the 400 by 400 pixels required and so it automatically decided to add some extension, hence the black border you see.
So this is how to solve it, whenever you save your settings or submit your membership form and you see this border, just change the picture and use a picture that has enough clearance or space around your face or your head, and the size should be larger in dimension than 400 by 400 pixels, if you get confused by these technical terms, then in short, take a full body size photograph with your phone and upload it to replace the old one, the AI bot itself will automatically crop your face out of the picture and save it without any black borders, I hope that helps?
